1) Scope of Service

AutoTube.Vip is a web-based SaaS product used for content planning, AI-assisted video drafting, packaging notes, publishing preparation, and operational tracking for teams managing their own YouTube operations. Features may vary based on plan, user role, and active integrations.

2) No Outcome Guarantee

The service does not guarantee views, revenue, ad approval, monetization, sponsorship, or platform growth results. The service provided is operational tooling and software access.

3) Acceptable Use and Prohibitions

  • Content creation and distribution that violates copyright, is unauthorized, or is plagiarized
  • Adult content, hate speech, harassment, fraud, or illegal use
  • Circumventing platform or third-party API quota, security, or access rules
  • Spam, malicious automated traffic, fraud, or deceptive marketing uses

4) Content and Publishing Responsibility

The accuracy, copyright compliance, publishing rights, and platform rule compliance of generated or edited content is the user's responsibility. Additional human review is recommended for sensitive categories.

5) Plans, Subscriptions, and Credits

Paid plans are offered as monthly or yearly subscriptions. Prices are displayed in USD before checkout, including VAT where applicable. Credits are for service consumption within AutoTube.Vip only; they cannot be converted to cash, used as a refund mechanism, or transferred to another account.

6) Cancellation and Refunds

Please review the Refund & Cancellation Policy page for cancellation and refund terms. This policy is an integral part of these terms.

7) Account Suspension or Termination

Accounts may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated for violations of these terms, payment abuse, security risks, illegal use, or activities harmful to the platform.

8) Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages, lost revenue, platform penalties, or losses arising from third-party service interruptions is limited.
